Getting started with Marketing
We recommend Canva and ChatGPT to assist with your marketing pictures and posts.
Canva allows you to easily create images for print marketing and online marketing.
1. Create a Canva account - there is a free version and paid version; you can start free but you may want to consider the Premium as you will have access to more content.
2. Watch the Canva tutorial. This will give you a crash course in how to start creating images!
3. Play around with ChatGPT. You can ask questions like "help me create a business name", "help me write a post about the Myers Cocktail". etc.
Initial Social Media Strategy
The goal: Create your Facebook and Instagram Business Pages (step-by-step tutorials ➡️ ) and pre-populate it with 15-20 posts using canva to create pictures and ChatGPT for help with post captions.
HELP! What content should I create? Watch the Content that Converts webinar (over there ➡️) and take some notes about the best practices we discuss. Use the 28 Day Content Calendar under the webinar to decide which posts you will create!
NOW - get to pushing buttons in Canva and ChatGPT. Build the 15-20 posts
- Include an Intro Post about who you are and what you help with
- Create a post that shows a list of BENEFITS you provide (increase energy, weight management, etc.)
- Make a logo!
PRO TIP: Use the Meta Business Suite to post to both FB and IG at the same time!
We have provided a tutorial about Meta Business Suite and suggest that you start using the Planner and Analytics right away!
With the planner, you can create posts, reels, stories, etc. in advance and choose to post to FB, IG or both.
