Booking Flow: Service Membership
This membership is for fixed services only.
For example: if you choose 1 Athlete Recovery IV and 1 Energy IV each month, that’s exactly what you’ll receive every month. The services do not change.
It’s a great option for clients who consistently want the same treatments—like those who get a B12 injection every month.
Please note: you cannot swap or change services in this membership.

Credit-Based Membership
With this type of membership, clients receive credits each month that can be used toward any service. This is ideal for clients who like variety—for example, one month they might choose an Energy IV, the next month a B12 + Migraine service.
Credits are tied to dollar value (1 credit = $10). So, if a membership includes 30 credits, that gives the client $300 worth of services. They can use all $300 on one service or split it across multiple services, as long as the total value is covered by their credits.

Please follow the steps below for a better understanding of the GLP-1 booking process:

Initial Check-in Booking

The client or admin can book the initial check-in with the CSP

The CSP must complete the check-in by logging into their account, recording the vials, and finishing the session.

Consultation with HCP

Once the initial check-in is completed by the CSP, the client can book a consultation with an HCP from their account.

Ordering the Medication

After the consultation, the medication needs to be ordered. It can be ordered by either the client or the admin.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the order is received, the client must login to their app and mark it as delivered.

Program Start & Dosage Recording

The client should start the program and record the dose taken each week.

If needed, the client can edit the dosage dates.

Check-in for Next Month’s Medication

After the third dose, the client must book a check-in with the CSP to order the next month’s medication. Admin can find the booking under Self program upcoming, if they have not fully recorded the doses.

Admin Monitoring
-
If bookings are marked as "completed," the admin should check if the check-in is booked.

Check-ins can be booked by the admin, or client. The check-in are booked with the CSPs

CSP Responsibilities
-
The CSP must complete the check-in from their CSP account.

If a dosage increase is needed, a consultation with an HCP is required.

If no dosage change is required, the CSP can approve the check-in and proceed with ordering the medication.

Check-in bookings can be found in the CSP account under the side menu > Upcoming Bookings.

Restarting the Program for the next month

Once the new medication is delivered, the client must start the program and follow the same process.

*If CSP hours are not showing correctly, please verify the following details:
- Add Hours: Make sure you have entered hours for both Callout and Facility.
- From Admin Account: Go to Service Provider > Select Service Provider > Available Hours tab.
- From Clinical Service Provider Account: Go to Set Up > Available Hours tab.
- Verify Time Zone:
- From Admin Account: Go to Service Provider > Select Service Provider > Details tab and check the Default Time Zone field.
- From Clinical Service Provider Account: Go to Set Up > Available Hours tab.
- Verify Advance Booing Time:
- From Admin Account: Go to Service Provider > Select Service Provider > Setting tab and check the Callout and Facility fields.
- From Clinical Service Provider Account: Go to Manage Account > Advance Booking Time tab.
- Verify Vacations/Block Time
- From Clinical Service Provider Account: Go to Set Up > Vacations/Block Time Time tab
Before adding any CSP or client email ID, please double-check the email ID. Email ID is the unique identifier and cannot be changed once the account is set up.
