Frequently asked questions

HCP did not join the call

The expected wait time for a consultation is 15 min. There are chances that HCP might be attending to a consultation that is running over. Please ensure you have waited for the 15 minutes before submitting a ticket to support.

Consult levels and prices

Below are the 4 levels of consultation prices.

Level 1 | $25.00 | Medical screening exam, General Medical Screening, Lifestyle drips/services, GLP-1
Level 2 | $40.00 | Health Support Drips/Services, Patient Specific Service (ie. NAD+, Famotidine, ALA , etc)
Level 3 | $10.00 | Doctor to Nurse call only ( no doctor to the patient )
Level 4 | $6.00 | Prescription sign-off ( ie. Zofran, Toradol, Ketorolac, Ondansetron, Pepcid )



Can I discount a consultation

No. A discount coupon only discounts the service(s), not the consultation. The doctors are paid in full for their services and must be paid for their time.

What is a GFE?

GFE stands for Good Faith Exam.

How long is a GFE valid for?

GFE is valid for 6 months by default unless certain circumstances due to a clients medical history. In this time a client can book and receive unlimited lifestyle services without requiring a consultation. If a client wants to receive a health support service they will be prompted to have a consult as this is a different type of service.

Is Good faith exam required for every new client?

The good faith exam is mandatory for every client booking on the Hydreight platform.
