Go live request/ Account still in test Mode.

Go live needs to be addressed to our onboarding team. You can reach out to them at onboarding@hydreight.com. The dedicated team at that email address will be able to assist you with any questions related to the onboarding, next steps and going live.

No Clinical Service Provider is available to book

Please check if a Clinical Service Provider (CSP) account has been created or an CSP has been added. Please check if CSP has finished the CSP account onboarding. The service provider account should not be still in test mode. Please complete the service provider onboarding process to go live. If you have any concerns or queries regarding the onboarding, please contact onboarding@hydreight.com.

I never received my 1099

If you have received more than $600 as a payout from Hydreight then you are eligible to receive 1099. 1099 will be sent by the billing team in January in your emails. 

I requested a payout and have not yet received it

Payouts are sent as e-checks in the email you have registered with us when requested through the app. Time taken for a payout is  3 business days.

Can I hire nurse in another state?

If your Clinical Service Provider is outside your Geographical area or in another state, you need to purchase another subscription location. 

Do I need to sign contract again if I change my business name.

Since the contracts are signed as a person so you are good to go. You can change the business name in the app.

What is Healthcare Prosoft

Healthcare Prosoft is the network of physician-owned medical practices that the Hydreight app users join in order to operate under the umbrella of a medical practice and qualify for malpractice insurance coverage under the medical practice’s policy.

Healthcare Prosoft Independent Contractor Agreement
The contract contains terms and conditions for three types of app users:
  1. Business Administrator: This is the lead manager of the service. If you are working independently, then you are the Business Partner. 

  2. Clinical Service Provider: This is anyone who uses the Hydreight app under your account who is a licensed clinician and provides patient care services.

  3. Administrator: This is anyone who uses the Hydreight app under your account who is not a licensed clinician and who does not provide patient care services. This person’s function is solely administrative in nature. 
Conditions of joining Healthcare Prosoft
  1. All of our contractors are independent business owners who agree to perform clinical services through Healthcare Prosoft. To do so, they must agree to abide by all terms of the contract, as well as with Healthcare Prosoft policies and procedures. This includes:
    1. All services must be performed through the Hydreight app.
    2. You must maintain complete and accurate medical records for all patients seen by you and your team.
    3. You must comply with all rules and requirements of your state’s nursing board.
    4. You may not use the Hydreight name, brand or logo when advertising your business.
    5. You must keep the terms of your contract confidential, and you must not make any negative or disparaging statements about Healthcare Prosoft or Hydreight. 
    6. You must maintain your professional license in good standing throughout the term of the contract. 
Hydreight SaaS Agreement
  1. This agreement provides you with access to the Hydreight Wellness app. 

  2. You are required to pay a non-refundable fee in the amount disclosed within your agreement per year for access to the app. 

  3. Up to three (3) users can use the app through your subscription.

  4. When this agreement is in effect and you are using the Hydreight app for your IV therapy business, you must also join the Healthcare Prosoft PC network. 
My client got charged twice.

When a client books a service through their app there is a pre-authorization amount which gets deducted to guarantee the booking. However it goes back to the client within 3 business days. The actual charge gets deducted when an SP charges the clients card after the booking by clicking on take payment.

Do we take HSA or FSA cards for payment?

Yes we do accept payment through HSA/ FSA cards. While taking the payment click on Third Party Payment.

Please merge my admin and CSP account.

Just a reminder, your Admin account is designed for managing your business operations, while your Clinical Service Provider (CSP) account is specifically for interacting with clients. The Admin account handles the business side, whereas the CSP account is used by providers to see clients. These accounts cannot be merged together.
